We ship via FedEx Priority Overnight & FedEx 2-day. 

Shipping cost is based on your order total.

Days We Ship

Monday - Wednesday for Central & East Coast Orders

Monday - Thursday for Hawaii & West Coast Orders

Please allow 48 hours to prepare your order for shipping.

Our Guarantee

If the problem is our fault:  We will refund or re-ship, our choice.

If you are not delighted with your order

please contact us within 24 hours of receipt so that we can make it right.  

 

If the problem is your fault:-  For example incorrect or incomplete address, then you own it. 

We will gladly re-ship once you have placed a new order.

PLEASE NOTE:  We work hard to make sure your order arrives just as fresh as the day we packed it. 

Sometimes events are out of our control - like weather or shipper related issues. 

Your patience and understanding is appreciated.

Winter Wrap is required for all US Mainland orders during the winter months.

Failure to choose winter wrap during check out voids our guarantee.
